We were saddled and ready to ride at 6:00 am. However, the rain and lightning kept us from heading out to move the registered cows about 7 miles to a new pasture. Our daughter Laura Cate decided a little nap was in order. You'd have to know her to know that she falls asleep in her bed and sometimes in the car. Never anywhere else. I guess she was truly tired!
