I'm just back from Utica, NY today (July 14) and running the 15k Boilermaker as part of Team ZIP ~ Running Powered By Beef! And let me tell you; I need a little recovery. The muscles/legs are fine (ran a very easy 4.5 tonight after sitting in planes/cars all day!) but I didn't sleep much during the whole trip. I'll get more photos up as time allows.
